Natural skin care: There are solutions to dry complexions
Fans of natural skin care who suffer from a dry countenance need to be careful when putting together their daily beauty regime, according to one expert.
Taylor Olson told Examiner.com about the various ways that people can get around dry skin problems and said that everyone's complexion is different so there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
She said: "I have found that drinking lots of water greatly helps my skin. I drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. Remember, your skin is your biggest organ so keeping hydrated is one of the best ways to help your skin."
Ms Olson added that using a good moisturiser in the morning and the evening is important, as is protecting dry skin from the sun is also important.
The Deseret News recently included exfoliating in its top tips for coping with dry skin, saying that it will stop a complexion looking dull and tired.
