Natural skin care tips for autumn and winter
Fashionistas who are wondering which natural skin care products will help make them shine in the cold months ahead have been given some words of advice.
Louise Thomas-Minns, a skin and beauty therapist and founder of Uandyourskin.co.uk, has offered her views on essential beauty trends for autumn and winter 2011.
When it comes to makeup, you may be wise to bring that red lip style back, as Ms Thomas-Minns believes this look is going to be popular on a "lighter, softer scale".
"For skin our heads should turn towards the 'brightening' products that focus on tackling the effects that uneven skin tone has on ageing us," the expert also noted.
She also acknowledged that CoffeeBerry extract is likely to line most make-up shelves over the next few months, as a way to make our bodies dazzle.
Meanwhile, Harriet Walker has written in the Independent that metallics and minimal grunge are just some of the autumn/winter trends she expects to take the fashion world by storm.
