Natural skin care tips to avoid peeling
Peeling skin is an obvious danger upon returning from your holiday, but there are ways to avoid it by using various natural skin care products, a leading beauty magazine has suggested.
Amy Lawrenson, writing for ELLEUK.com, has recommended using a vitamin-enriched aftersun in order to avoid peeling skin, with those containing aloe vera and vitamin E garnering particular praise.
She also advised using a nourishing shower gel to prevent peeling as part of a natural skin care regiment. Her favourite products were those that contained sunflower and olive oil as they not just cleansed, but moisturised too.
Oils were another recommendation to hydrate skin, prevent peeling and stopping that holiday tan from fading too quickly, Ms Lawrenson explained.
Changing your diet is as important as natural skin care when it comes to keeping a healthy body, according at Clark Blaze. Mr Blaze, writing for News Blaze, has highlighted key foods which can help do this - the list includes broccoli, cabbage, carrots and apples.
