Natural skin care: Top tips for men's complexions
A beauty expert has revealed his top tips for men to achieve a healthy looking countenance, and he highly recommended keeping skin moisturised.
Dr Daryl Hoffman stated that applying sunscreen every day, especially for men who work outdoors, is a vital way of protecting skin from harmful UV rays.
Fans of natural body care may be interested in the tips which included avoiding harsh scrubs and scented soaps as they could cause irritation and exfoliating once a week to minimise the risk of ingrowing hairs.
He said: "Do not forget about your lips. Use a lip balm with at least sun protection factor 15 to protect them from sun-damaging, drying out, and cracking."
Drinking water is also very important, according to the expert who said it is a great natural way to keep skin hydrated.
Consumer advisor Tammy Smith¬am recently told Metro Canada that men are going to get more interested in natural beauty products in the next few years, primarily because of celebrities like 50 Cent and Brad Pitt promoting skin care items.
