Natural skin care 'works best at night'
We're always looking for new-fangled ways to stop ageing in its tracks, but apparently, the answer to natural skin care we've been looking for has been right in front of our faces for some time.
A beauty expert writing for ABC News has explained that we often wake up feeling thoroughly replenished, and the same premise applies to our faces, so the evening is the opportune time to give our face a helping hand.
Her top suggestion is to embrace night creams, as these are luxurious, refreshing and specifically designed to soften and protect the skin while we sleep.
"Packed with vitamins and active moisturising ingredients, night creams or serums are especially beneficial for those past the age of 30 when skin begins to show the first signs of ageing," the writer asserted.
The expert went on to say that women should keep an eye out for fine lines, dry and dull patches on the skin.
Joyce Orena, writing for the Philippine Star, recently told natural skin care fans that consistency is the key to a beautiful face.
