Organic makeup: Jogging can help with health
People considering taking up jogging will be helping themselves to keep healthy and stimulate their brain, according to one newspaper, which said that memory can also be improved after running.
The Daily Telegraph said that famous figures like French President Nicola Sarkozy have taken up the past time because of its health benefits, which could interest fans of natural skin care.
It stated that a study by the US National Institute on Ageing showed that after a few days of running, brain cells are developed in the part of the brain which help with memory.
Timothy Bussey, a behavioural neuroscientist at Cambridge and the studys senior author, said: "We know exercise can be good for healthy brain function, but this work provides us with a mechanism for the effect."
The Daily Mail recently gave skin care advice which included trying to keep office makeup looking as dewy and fresh as possible because it is an ideal daytime look.
