Organic skincare products 'boost skin'
Organic skincare products containing cucumber and avocado have been described as great for helping people to achieve a healthy glow.
Writing for the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Kinny Salas explained how natural products are experiencing a resurgence in popularity.
She noted that more individuals are noting the benefits of using skincare items that are derived from organic produce.
It was suggested that cucumber-based face creams can help to strengthen the connective tissue as well as reduce swelling under the eyes and sunburn, due to it containing the mineral silica.
Meanwhile, avocados are rich in vitamin E, which is considered an effective antioxidant.
The oil in avocados was described as a trigger for the production of collagen and, as a result, can help enhance skin tone.
However, it is not just the skin that can benefit from avocados, as it has been noted that the produce can help create soft and shiny hair.
