Staying hydrated will help with natural beauty
Following simple natural skin care tips can help women to enjoy the summer and get a really great complexion, according to one expert.
The Hindustan Times' Riddhima Kapoor Sahni reported on the options that are open to women who want to try and retain their good lucks and not damage their skin in the sun.
"One should drink lots of water and use sunscreen whenever one goes outdoors. Also, maintaining consistency in going for regular skin treatments is important," she explained.
The expert added that in summer months people sweat more and therefore need to ensure that they remove the build up of dirt and grime which can occur.
Another tip she gave was applying products that offer some sort of sun protection in order to shield a complexion from harmful rays.
Taylor Olson told Examiner.com about the various ways that people can get around dry skin problems and said that everyone's complexion is different so there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
