Try natural skincare procedures after a spa
Many of us remember just how revitalised and refreshed we feel after the natural skin care treatments we have at a spa.
But just how do we keep this glowing feeling once the procedure is over?
According to Jemma Stergiou, the co-owner of a day spa in Australia, we ladies can maximise the benefits of a spa treatment by sticking to a skincare regime that is suitable for our individual skin types, the West Australian reported.
"Ensure you follow this every day, morning and night to target individual concerns," she said.
In addition, the beauty guru said that once or twice each week women should exfoliate to keep a healthy complexion and get rid of dead skin cells.
Rebecca Robertson, head international trainer at Sodashi, also told the news source that we should try using a mask each week.
Ladies may want to follow the advice of beauty guru Michelle Phan, who wrote for Bellasugar.com that a skin brightening smoothie mask can be created from half a fresh pineapple and one papaya juiced together.
