Try these natural skincare tips from Nigeria
If you're looking for new natural skin care tips, how about trying some from Nigeria?
Black soap, which is made from plants, herbs and butter, is popular in the African country as a mild cleanser for the face and body.
Another popular product is coconut oil, which makes the skin more elastic and moisturises too. It can also be used on hair as a conditioner to make it more shiny and healthy looking.
Ameera Abraham, owner of the Nail Bar in Abuja, who has Nigerian roots, told Bellanaija.com that when she grew up she often used natural products to make the most of her skin, hair and nails.
She said that she used shea butter every day to moisturise her skin and used a fine eyeliner called tozali to make the most of her eyes.
In addition, Ms Abraham said that she used a henna dye called lalle to tint her nails.
