Use natural hair care products before sun exposure
Fans of natural hair care should invest in a good treatment mask for their tresses in order to avoid them becoming straw-like and worn out, according to one expert, who said pre and post-sun products are important.
Jo Johnson, a colour expert at the Real Hair salon in London, told the Telegraph that an effective treatment mask works like a hat and helps to maintain the colour of locks which have been exposed to the sun.
She told the newspaper: "Use treatments before sun exposure to strengthen hair and fill it with protein and when you get back, ask your colourist to give you a warmer buttery shade of blond to counteract the bleached look."
In other news, hair expert Charlie Kuchinsky recently told Examiner.com that making extreme departures from natural style can be a beauty disaster and result in women making unsightly fashion faux-pas.
She also said that plucking eyebrows too much can take away from a women's natural beauty.
