Use natural moisturiser on feet
With summer holidays just around the corner, our feet will soon be on show, which can be a scary prospect! Luckily, TOG has offered advice on how to make your feet look their best using natural moisturiser.
Dr Paul Barratt, medical director for TOG Orthotics, said: "As with all aspects of health, an ounce of prevention is worth a ton of cure ... Our simple tips are so easy there’s no excuse for not following them."
To take good care of your feet, make sure that you inspect them regularly and dry between your toes after a bath or shower.
When that's done, you should moisturise your toes, making sure you do this each day but not on nails or between toes.
Also, remember to look after feet with some high factor suncream as they're not used to the sun!
If you're removing hard skin, be gentle and make sure that you cut toenails properly, TOG advised.
When all of that's done, you can brighten toes up with some nail polish.
Manicurist Ashlie Johnson told InStyle magazine that neon and nude shades are popular at the moment.
