Natural skincare: Anti-ageing starts in your 20s
Younger natural skin care fans have been told that the 20s is the perfect time to get into gear and start on the mission to prevent the signs of ageing.
Beauty writer Zara Rabinowicz has explained that it's a good idea to invest in a fool-proof routine at a younger age, to ensure that you're already into good habits by the time those telltale signs appear.
"When you're younger it's more about being preventative, whilst as you age, you should increase the number of products with active ingredients to target specific concerns," she said.
Ms Rabinowicz went on to say that using a multitude of products from the same range is a good idea, because that way the formulas are constructed to work together, meaning more benefits for you.
Recent research published by Mintel has found that the UK 51 per cent of women use anti-wrinkle products, which was listed as their number one natural skin care issue.
