Naturtint Hair Dye Permanent Hair Colorant

Naturtint Permanent Hair colorant with active vegetable ingredients is now available at mypure.  It's been a tricky job finding natural hair dyes to retail at mypure because all permanent hair dyes rely on chemicals to fix the colour to the hair shaft.  In the end we had to compromise our mypure promise just a bit so we could bring Naturtint to mypure.co.uk.  What's great about Naturtint is all the nasty chemicals that can be removed have been removed so this means NO parabens, phthalates, ammonia or resorcinol.  Most people comment on the improvement of their hair condition after using Naturtint compared to a more chemical based product

Each box of Naturtint Permanent Dye contains a colorant, developer and Nutrideep Multiplier.   Dye preparation and application is simple, instructions are supplied in the packs and there are also useful online videos which are available here:  dye preparation | colour application

Before using Naturtint it's important to perform a small patch test on your skin to check for any chemical sensitivities you may have.   If you experience any allergies to Naturtint Permanent Dyes we recommend you try the milder Naturtint Reflex Semi-permanent Dyes.

NOTE: The Naturtint Permanent Hair Dyes do contain the minimum amount of ppd (p-phenylenediamine) necessary to make them work well and cover grey hair permanently. However, this is a chemical that some people with sensitive skin may react to. If you prefer to avoid ppd's then we suggest trying the Naturtint Semi-permanent Hair Dyes which do not contain ppd's

Everything sold by mypure is sulfate free, paraben free & phthalate free. To find out about other chemicals you may want to avoid view our mypure promise and the chemical checklist.

Hints & Tips

1. Always carry out a skin sensitivity and strand test before applying any colour.

2. If you have roots, apply colour directly onto these roots and leave for the correct development time. Then take the colour through to the mid-lengths and ends for five to ten minutes to refresh your colour.

3. Always remember that when you are colouring a high percentage of grey hair, add a natural base colour.

4. Take your skin tone, eye colour and wardrobe into consideration when choosing a new shade to help avoid a colour disaster!

5. Apply a thin layer of oil-based cream around the hairline to avoid staining the skin, taking care to avoid the actual hair, as this can prevent the colour from taking.
