I was slightly sceptical beforehand (well if it's so good how come I had never heard about it) but I was wrong, I could see a marked improvement in my skin within days of starting to use rosehip oil and its benefits are many: it is natural; it is healthy; it smells 'real' with no scent of chemicals, having said that it smells lovely I think, like an old cupboard that has always stored herb teas; it glides onto the skin (use a light hand so that it spreads more easily as it is quite a dry oil); and its effects are noticeable. My skin (aged 41) is actually smoother, has a sort of glow which people have commented on, and generally seems more hydrated. I recommend it to everyone."

The only word I can use to describe the effect it has is "bloom".     If nervous about applying directly to your face, I recommend mixing a few drops in with your night moisturiser. Drier skins can use it in their daytime routine also.

    "Fantastic product. I have used Decleor Aromessence Neroli up until now but I actually prefer A'Kin Pure Radiance Rosehip Oil, and it's a fair bit cheaper. I have to say I wasn't overly keen on the smell initially (reminds me of herbal tea - dandelion or nettle). It's not offensive, just a bit 'earthy'. The colour was a bit scary too - I thought it looked a bit like iodine. However, I use this morning and night before my usual moisturiser and the results are amazing."
