"This cleanser is lovely, i used to be an avid user of liz earle cleanse and polish, untill i found out some of the ingredients and one was a known irritant .
My skin is very oily and can be sensative, i suffer from breakouts that get very red and itchy, little did i know cleanse and polish was just making it worse, so i tried A'kin.
This has calmed my skin, and is very soothing, i would advise anyone with oily skin not to overlook this thinking it will be too rich like i did, i remove with water and a muslin cloth.It should be labelled for all skin types especially troubled skin.

"My skin is not one type; its combination but the oily parts can get like an oil slick and the dry parts can suffer from ezcema and flaking. It's also very sensitive as I have various allergies and I'm not so young any more. I find it so hard to get the right products. I tried this cleanser on the basis of the great reviews and the fact that switching to a sulphate free shampoo has really helped my scalp. My verdict - hands down the best cleanser I've ever used! After less than a week my skin is calmer, more balanced and my pores seem to be shrinking, the patch of ezcema on my cheek has almost gone. I use a tiny amount in the morning as a quick facial wash and at night use a little bit more, massage it in and remove with a muslin cloth. I think it will last a good while so is great value for money. MyPure delivery was very quick and reasonably priced so I know when I run low I can get new supplies within a few days."

I massage product all over my dry skin eyes and then use a flannel with warm water and one gentle wipe and its gone...no more panda eyes in the morning. I used to think I had combination skin as I got occasional breakouts with a shinny T-zone.....when all I needed was this to restore balance and now my skin is glowing.I did try the other A'Kin cleanser but found it too drying for my nearly fifty skin. Oh and my husband loves it too and he gets excema if there are nasties like SLS, colouring, perfumes etc and he can use it to shave with....
I too think this beats Liz Earle hands down - but then it has no nasties like propylene glycol in it, hardly natural... Our antipodean cousins have it sorted, if it says natural or organic on the front of the bottle then that's whats inside. Wish the UK did the same."

"This is the best cleanser I have ever used! Have just reordered from Mypure after using a few different so called natural cleansers in an effort to save money as my budget is a lot tighter after having my first child. My skin used to be combination but since having a baby it has become dry and very sensitive, reacting to nearly every cleanser I have tried except this one. Not the cheapest cleanser but certainly not the most expensive and it's worth every penny. As it's not only a fabulous cleanser but an eye makeup remover and toner in one it's very cost effective really. I may have to skimpt on other things but this is one product that I won't be without now especially after using others recently which left my skin very unhappy . I hardly need much moisturiser after cleansing with this, but it doesn't leave my skin greasy or congested either. I've used another very well known award winning cleanser which you have to use with a muslin cloth (you know the one I mean) and this is far superior and doesn't contain irritating ingredients like Eucalyptus, which the other one does. I use this just with water in the morning in the shower and then with a muslin cloth in the evening to help remove my make, so it's very versatile. Fantastic cleanser, what more can I say?!"

"I have very sensitive skin and I have used many cleanser and toners but I love this Akin skin care Rose & Geranium creamy one as it does not affect my skin also I cannot use water as I come out in blotches when using water on my face so this is ideal. I would however like one with a pump as with the shampoos but it would probably be more expensive which it is quite expensive now!"

"I tried this because I liked the 24 Hour Pure Moisturiser so much, and it made my skin blotch. But I do have extremely sensitive skin. I did note that the formula was very concentrated and goes for miles, so a good buy if you aren't super sensitive, but I don't understand why Akin don't make a completely scent-free cleanser."
