"I have very itchy, sore and flaky scalp and the other reviews for this product encouraged me to give it a go but I was disappointed. It certainly hasn't got rid of the problem. The only solution I have ever found is steroid creams from the doctor - and I can't use those at the moment as I'm breastfeeding. Do give it a go as it has obviously worked for some - but don't expect miracles.
NOTE FROM MYPURE: Skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and itchy scalps can be caused by external irritants or internal problems. Skin conditions caused by external irritants are the easier ones to fix. In these cases the symptoms are usually caused by sensitivities to the chemicals found in products used on the skin. These could be certain preservatives, fragrances or evening foaming ingredients. The best way to treat such skin conditions is to avoid the irritating chemicals in the first place and you should find switching to natural ingredients will help. If switching doesn't help then your skin condition could be aggravated by something else such as your diet, stress or emotional well being. "Bought this product for my son who has scalp eczema for use together with the dry scalp shampoo. Smell was very strong but this disappeared on rinsing. Didnt irritate his scalp at all which was good but unfortunely didnt moisturise enough to be of any great benefit. "

"Although it's recommended for excema and psoriasis I found it stings a bit when I use it on my face. Not as gentle as I imagined so I will continue my search for the perfect cream cleanser. Am surprised because I have used their SOS cream for arms and legs. I think it's because it has fragrance and maybe the essential oils in it are a bit too harsh for me."

"This stuff is quite weird! It doesn't really foam so you need loads of it to cover your whole body - at least ten times as much as a normal shower gel, which makes it very expensive! It does clean you and it smells nice, and maybe if you have really bad excema or something it'd be be just the thing, but for my mature, dry skin it's not worth it."

"I'm kind of reserving judgement on this shampoo. So far I find it a little drying on my hair and scalp. But it could be that it's the changeover from a sulfate-shampoo to a natural one (it can take a while for your scalp/hair to adjust). I do really like the smell - it's citrusy/herby but not overpowering. It generates a lot of lather, too, which not all natural shampoos do!"

"A little goes a very long way with this shampoo. In fact, I find it rather harsh and 'stripping'. It hasn't really done anything for my scalp either. On the positive side, it does have a rather nice fresh, citrusy smell. I will be using it up as a body wash and using something else on my hair!"

I did use the matching shampoo as well."

"Not impressed with this at all, actually. I don't even have problem skin (like eczema), just dry so I worried this might be too rich. Needn't have worried. Whilst it smells absolutely divine (reminds me of Origins' Nightamins) it isn't thick or creamy and left my skin tight. Waking up the next day with a few spots was the worst. Def won't buy again."
