"The living nature foundation is fantastic! I've tried lots of natural foundations and this is the best. I have oily skin and this foundation gives good coverage without mask effect, not oily, quickly absorbed, no transfer and a very good and healthy effect on the skin. I think it is suitable for normal, combination and oily skins. Buff is a perfect neutral shade for me for winter time."

"Have never used a concealer in a tube like this (usually go for the brush applicator ones). I use my fingers with this one and the coverage is EXCELLENT. The Light one is darker than expected (I suppose I'm used to buying under-eye brighteners) and slighlty yellow-tinted. It's perfect for concealing my under eye shadows but doesn't have any white brighteners in (if that's what you're after). Very happy and works well with my Living Nature tinted moisturiser. Which I also love."

"I use this everyday. Very light mascara that gives eye lashes a natural look. More layers can be applied to thicken and lengthen but I prefer the natural look. Mascara doesn't clump and it is easy to remove. After removing mascara eye lashes always feel very soft and conditioned. Would definitely recommend."

The only problem is that the powder breaks up, and that's with keeping it at home lying flat, so wouldn't be good for travelling or taking in a handbag. Also such a shame the refills are no longer available. "

"Superb quality, would recommend to anyone looking for something that's just a tint and not really a foundation. I use this product in conjunction with the Living Nature Foundation, the foundation goes on the bits that need coverage, then this product blends in the edges. Finally the Luminous powder goes on top. The illuminating effect of the tint isn't really needed as the powder also gives this effect. I bought the lightest colour and was a little unsure about whether this would be right and how it would compare with the lightest colour of the foundation - well it's a bit lighter than the foundation but as the coverage is very sheer with this tint, the exact colour isn't too critical and I think it would be suitable for a wide range of light complexions including the very fairest. "

"I have been wearing foundation all day every day for many years, and decided it was time to change to a gentle brand. I was a little nervous about the colour choice as I am quite pale, and I chose Buff as the Living Nature website said it is the lightest, although worryingly it also said it was yellow - well I needn't have worried, it is quite light and is not too yellow, maybe slightly darker/browner than I am used to but looks OK - unfortunately would not be suitable for extremely pale people though like some redheads. Good quality product with kind ingredients, works the same as a traditional foundation - by that I mean you need powder with it. Will be buying again."

"I wear this product over foundation, all day every day. I have been using the same brand of very pale powder for many years, so was nervous about making the switch. I bought the colour Light, luckily it is light enough although it is very different to the powder I am used to, being shimmery and giving a sheer pinky glow. I am used to looking very matt but this new look is probably more natural looking. Needs re-applying later in the day but that is to be expected. Will be buying again as it contains no nasties. Also the price isn't too bad as it is bigger than a standard powder from another brand, plus you can get refills which is economical. "

"I have tried this mineral foundation as my skin has had allergic reactions to chemicals in other brand liquid foundations. I must admit that I am surprised already at how great this little pot is, a little goes a very long way. It feels like you have nothing on your skin and stays put. I have had compliments already about how clear my skin looks with this and I have only really started using it. I'm hoping with continued use, it will help in clearing the damage that other foundations have caused to my skin. I find it hard to get a foundation to match my skin tone, as I have very Irish, very fair skin, this is a perfect match. Finally!!"

"I use this whenever I go out to even out my skin tone. I don't use foundation nor concealer. I don't have a perfect skin but I also don't have a bad one. I use this on top of my moisturizer with spf. I like the texture and feel of it. My face doesn't feel like there's something on it.

I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking to even out their skin tone. It can definitely minimize the appearance of blemishes.

The casing looks sturdy. The sponge that comes with it is ok. I use my brush with it. It's a lot of product for the price.

I will definitely buy refills from mypure."

"I ordered the Alva liquid eyeshadow in Pale Almond because it looked like a lovely summer colour. It's very subtle though and was hardly visible when used alone on my eyelid. Now I always use it together with a primer and that makes it bolder and gives it more staying power. I've used the eyeshadow in the sun for the whole day and it doesn't smudge or melt off (when used together with a primer). I want to try some more eyeshadow colours as well as some other products from the Alva Coleur range. Thanks to Mypure for introducing this great range! :)"

"I have just bought this and love it. I use the foundation in this range for nights out or if I have to cover up blotchiness or spots - which used to be all the time. My skin looks great after changing to natural products. So much so, I decided to buy this product for during the day wear (which is brave for me). This gives me a full on dewy look and lightens in the right places. Great for summer days or nights out and also succeeds in giving me the 'no make up' look with a healthy glow (something I didn't think I could achieve with my combination skin). I use a dab of concealer, mineral setting powder and a sweep of mineral baked cheek blush on top of this. I definately will be ordering more of this! Thanks"

"I don't really remember if I tried the thickening or the conditioning one, it was included in my order as a free gift.
It was blackened brown, same as my own lash and hair colour, so it looked very natural. It's dark enough to define the eyelashes, but not too heavy and you can always add a second coat for more volume - perfect for everyday use! It's free from chemicals, non-irritating and I think I even noticed an improvement in my eyelash growth after several applications! It goes on smoothly, doesn't flake and I don't need an eye make-up remover to take it off because it can be easily washed away."

"Superb mascara. Goes on like a dream, never clumps, and is equally great for a daytime subtle look or a more dramatic evening look as it works really well if you want to put on extra coats. My only advice is to invest in a good natural make-up remover as it didn't come off that great when I just used my facial cleanser and water. It's far more expensive than I would normally spend on a mascara, but I don't think I'd use anything else now. I've always found a lot of mascaras to clump, smudge and generally not make the most of my eyelashes, and chemical mascaras can make my eyes weep and itch, but not any more! Well done, Sukicolor!"

"Lovely highlighter for cheek and brow bones. The colour is bronzey-pink, and as I'm very pale skinned I'd probably prefer a lighter shade. It's a good, animal & eco-friendly alternative to Benefit's High Beam. However the liquid settles in the tube so even when it's new the tube looks half-filled, like it's been used already - I wonder if they could either fill it up more or put it in a smaller tube?"

Application needs to be done with care as the colour sheds onto the cheek quite a bit which can be a bit unfortunate and unattractive...green cheeks! But I will definitely be trying other colourways in this range. The only downside is being able to determine the actual colours online with these pictures. Very difficult."

"I bought 'Pink Pinch' , a light to medium-light pink which I find ideal for pale, cool-toned skin. Gives a healthy glow with a very slight sheen which is very natural and not sparkly. My skin is sensitive and has not reacted to use.

Pot is smaller in size than I expected but 3 grams of product should last a good while as so little is used at a time. Pot features a sponge applicator and built-in mirror on the lid, making this ideal for handbags, although you do not have to apply via the sponge, as can easily unscrew the pot to access the loose powder."

My only gripe is with the cap. It doesn't go on tightly enough so if you carry it in a make up pouch/case, the cap always comes off. Pushing it down harder doesn't help as that makes the sharpener engage on the pencil and the cap still falls off.

If Inika would fix the cap issue, this would be 5 stars."

"I am using this as an all over finishing powder. There isn't as much sparkle as I expected (kind of wish there was a bit more) so I can use it all over my face. The jar size surprised me; for some reason I was expecting the 8g size jar and this is a smaller 3.5g jar. I think it would be useful to have the grams on the product page, as I don't believe it currently is."

"I've got this today and love it, But i have shaken it and shaken it but every time i try get the product though the pump just a little oil comes. I have to open the bottle and even mixed it with the pump stick but still wont pump though just get oil. Has anyone else had this problem. But i can open the bottle and get it out of the bottle that way. Anyway just tried a bit on my hand and the foundation seems to go on so well just a shame about the bottle. I'm looking forward to trying tomorrow.

"Inika starter kit for light skin. Pros: good blendable consistency and excellent coverage (I have some redness), stays on well, feels good doesn't irritate. Cons: For me the problem was the colour. I have fair skin, and both foundations and the bronzer were way way too dark for me and quite orange too, they also give a sheen which tends to highlight enlarged pores - not what you want from a foundation. Verdict: very disappointed because Inika claim that even fair skinned people can use these products - not so. I will be using the foundations as bronzer and giving the bronzer to someone with medium skin! The primer is gorgeous though - smells divine, very light and easily absorbed, makes my skin really soft. Lovely soft brush too.

"A really lovely foundation - I'd spent quite literally years looking for one that was both 'good' in terms of not being stuffed full of nasty chemicals and worth wearing. Especially important as I have a skin that tends to be quite sensitive.

It has a great smooth texture and is easy to apply - no dragging when you put it on. Great coverage and natural colour.

The only downside is there no cover for the top - I know we shouldn't use more packaging than we need and the applicator top does lock, but it does get a little gungy. But this is a very minor niggle on an otherwise excellent product."

"I bought this product because I have a very sensitive skin around my eyes and powder eye shadows try my skin out too much.
Unfortunately since it's hard to tell what the colour will be off the screen I don't like the colour much. What I struggle with is the application as when it dries you can't correct it. I don't think I'd buy this again but if you out there are thinking of buying this and are a bit more skilled in applying make up you may love it because it doesn't crease, it stays put, which is a good quality of this eye shadow. Above all, it caused me know irritation."

"Was very excited about finding vegan, cruelty-free, natural lipstick. Bought 'Rosebud' and 'Electric Red'.

Found them a little dry on 1st application so would advise lip-balming first. Now I have used them a week or so I like them for a very natural look. Rosebud is a coral pink which I'm using for day times, Electric Red a darker reddish-pink with orange undertones - not a bright red as I hoped for.

If applied too thickly I got a frosted effect which I find quite dated and not great, so I find these best used lightly to give a natural stain of colour - there is still a slight shimmer left on the lips when used in this way, so I'd avoid if you require a matte finish."

According to the packaging, one side of the brush is designed to separate & lengthen and the other to thicken & volumise lashes, although I havent noticed this in effect. It is a rather thick brush, which could maybe be a problem if lashes are very short.

Have had some smudging and for this reason find it best for everyday use rather than nights-out ."

"The black is nice and almost shiny. But it takes so long to dry. This means if I blink at all while it's drying, I have stripes on my upper eye and have to wreck my eyeshadow removing the mascara that's there. I also need at least 3 coats and it doesn't work well applying the coats while the previous coat is still wet so there is an awful long wait between coats and then each new coat risks getting striped eyes. It also doesn't seem to do much for length but is nice for volume.

This would have 4 stars if it dried quicker. And 5 stars if 2 coats was enough."

"This is an update to my previous review after using the product for several months. It seems the black eyeliner is just much, much too soft. Once sharpened, it breaks off into the cap and you can't get it out without jamming something thin in between the sharpening blade and pushing it out. And it breaks all the time due to it being too soft. My pencil is down to 5cm long due to how often it breaks on me. My daughter's grey is fairing much better and her pencil is at least twice as long and both are used daily.

So, I recommend the grey, but not the black. But again, the cap falls off all the time which leads to eyeliner getting all over the inside of your make-up case and leaves your eyeliner out to get dirty or broken."

"This is an update to my previous review. After using this for several months I am still of the opinion that it dries much, much too slow. It makes a mess of my eye shadow daily as you can't open open your eyes fully for up to about 5 minutes so you have to walk around with your eyelids all droopy so your eyelashes don't touch your upper lid.

Also, the wand inside the lid gets loose over time. My daughter's got so loose that she couldn't even use the mascara as it just wobbled when trying to put it on and made it difficult to get back in the tube. She ended up having to throw hers out a month after getting it. Mine has just become loose now after a few months of use.

Alva really needs to figure out better packing for their items. We've owned 2 concealers and 2 mascaras and all 4 tubes have broken in some way.

I won't be buying Alva again until they resolve their packaging issues."

I followed the instructions of shaking to product first which I did and the product dried on contact with my skin I couldn't blend it ... what a sight. I washed it off and tried again with another moisturiser and the same thing happened. .. I am very disappointed.

"I received my order recently and would like to comment on the mascara and the facial wash. I did not like the mascara as it's forms clumps on the eyelashes. I also did not like the face wash as it does not lather and is difficult to remove, leaving the skin with an oily sheen.

"Nice colour match, but sticky to use and doesn't glide on well. Appearance however is good (once you've pulled your skin around to get it to cover) and it lasts all day. Might buy again, but only after trying something else first."

"Been meaning to review this product from the time I bought it but have only just remembered. Unfortunately it now sits in a drawer unused as it's the worst product I've ever used. Firstly you put it on and it's as though your lips look no different, the gloss just slides off the surface of the lips. You can feel you've put something on but five minutes later it feels as though there is nothing there. I'm very disappointed with this product as it's not cheap and every other product that I've bought from this site has been great. I really want to buy another brand of lipstick or lipgloss from mypure but I'm concerned that they will all be like the Living Nature one??? Such a shame."

"I bought this product as I an attempt to limit the chemicals I was using in my cosmetics. Although the mascara went on nicely, it was all down my face and off my lashes within three hours. I had to reapply several times during the day and be very aware of the mascara build up under my eyes and in the corners. After a few days I stopped using it. If you have the patience, good luck with it.

"Not suited to my skin. Makes it feel tight and dry. My skin is sensitive/normal. Shade is good but coverage not great and patchy highlighting drier areas. Wish I had tried a sample before opting to impulse buy going by other users review, who even recommended for dry eczema, I don't think that was accurate description."

"One more thing to go with my latest review. The packing is not good quality. Both my daughter's and my tube have come apart. The clear plastic piece inside the lid come unglued and then the lid is in 2 pieces. As well, my daughter's has had a part of the main tube separate as well. She also has the issue with it being much, much too yellow and contributing to blemishes. And she has a completely different skin type and darker skin than I do."

"This is an update to my previous review. Although I thought the yellowish tint ended up being perfect, I was very wrong. When I went outside into the light and looked in a mirror I was horrified to find out my chin looked yellow! And anywhere else I had the concealer, I had yellow dots on my face. So, do not buy this concealer if you skin has only pink undertones. Else it makes you look like you are ill with yellow spots all over your face. If it's under your eyes, you will look like you have liver problems with yellow under them. Also, the light shade is not light enough for someone with light skin tones.

One more thing, I thought it was nice and creamy, and it is is. But after using it for several weeks, I have dry patches and irritation everywhere I have used it. My chin looks horrible. I have been looking for something else but in the meantime continued to use it since it's the only concealer I have, so as I am covering blemishes, it is creating more and I have to cover them up with it. Vicious circle! So, I am going to find another option today and order it because this is wrecking my skin."
