Great for sensitive eyes and removes all make-up even waterproof mascara.

I love this product! I'm not sure if it takes off waterproof mascara but it's great for cleansing my face of all other types of makeup and is gentle as well as effective to use around the eyes. I tend to stock up on this buying several bottles at a time!
