6. It is Your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should You enter the wrong address, We are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at Our expense.

8. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. In the event that a product is damaged or faulty, We will refund the original product price via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if You request a replacement, We will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once We receive the return. Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.
9. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. However mypure.co.uk allows up to 14 days in which to do this. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to us at: mypure, unit 2A, Bethersden Business Centre, Bethersden, Kent, TN26 3JL. Before returning any goods please advise us at enquiries@mypure.co.uk
Goods that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.
mypure will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Goods should be returned in their original packing and in their original condition.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to mypure. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
10. Next day delivery to UK addresses is free of charge on all orders.
11. Payment is accepted in pounds sterling, Euros and US Dollars. Your payment currency will be set automatically according to the country in which you reside.
