How do I return a product?

Send us a quick email to enquiries@mypure.co.uk or chat with us online – don’t forget to include which product you’re returning and why.

What products are eligible for return?

You can return any product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s in brand new condition – that means unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all seals fully intact.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Can I exchange my product?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, just return the product to us and place a new order for the one you’d like instead. It’s quick and easy – and means you won’t have to wait around!
