Is the range considered natural skincare?

Yes. Trilogy products are certified natural by NATRUE, meaning they contain no synthetic fragrances, artificial colours, or harsh chemicals.

Is it cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Trilogy does not test on animals and is Leaping Bunny approved.

Are the products vegan?

Many Trilogy products are vegan – all are suitable for vegetarians, but a few contain beeswax or manuka honey. Check each product description for the vegan logo.

Is the packaging recyclable or plastic-free?

Trilogy packages its products in a mix of recyclable glass and plastic, choosing each material to best protect the formula and minimise environmental impact. Potent oils and serums are housed in glass to preserve their quality, while cleansers, creams, and mists use lightweight PET or HDPE plastic — often made with post-consumer recycled materials. Outer cartons, where used, are made from sustainably sourced cardboard. All packaging is designed to be easily recyclable.

Can I get a free gift with purchase?

Yes – at MyPure we always offer a free gift when you spend £60 or more. You can browse our current selection of free gifts on the Complimentary Gifts page.

You can add your chosen free gift to your basket at any time while shopping, but please make sure your final order total (the amount charged to your card) is at least £60 after discounts and vouchers. If the qualifying spend isn’t met, the free gift will be removed from your dispatched order.

Can I get free samples with my order?

Yes – you can choose up to 5 free samples with every MyPure order. All the products available for sampling are listed on our Free Samples page.

To claim yours, head to a product page, choose the sample size (usually 2ml–10ml), and add it to your basket. If a sample is out of stock, the sample size option will appear crossed out and can’t be selected.

Samples are a great way to try new products before committing to the full size – and they’re completely free with your order.
