Yes. Lavera is committed to reducing waste and improving recyclability. Most Lavera packaging is recyclable, with bottles, jars and tubes designed to be reused or recycled where local facilities allow. They also aim to minimise packaging overall and increasingly use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.

Yes. Lavera is well known for gentle, skin-friendly formulas made with natural and organic ingredients. Many Lavera products are dermatologically tested and free from harsh synthetics that can trigger sensitivity. If your skin is particularly reactive, look out for ranges specifically developed for sensitive or delicate skin.

Yes. Lavera is proudly cruelty-free and does not test on animals. Many Lavera products are also vegan, however, not every product is vegan, as some formulas contain ingredients like beeswax or honey – so it’s always worth checking the individual product page if you’re shopping vegan only.

Yes – at MyPure we always offer a free gift when you spend £60 or more. You can browse our current selection of free gifts on the Complimentary Gifts page.
You can add your chosen free gift to your basket at any time while shopping, but please make sure your final order total (the amount charged to your card) is at least £60 after discounts and vouchers. If the qualifying spend isn’t met, the free gift will be removed from your dispatched order.

Can I get free samples with my order?
Yes – you can choose up to 5 free samples with every MyPure order. All the products available for sampling are listed on our Free Samples page.
To claim yours, head to a product page, choose the sample size (usually 2ml–10ml), and add it to your basket. If a sample is out of stock, the sample size option will appear crossed out and can’t be selected.
Samples are a great way to try new products before committing to the full size – and they’re completely free with your order.
