You’ll earn 5% back in points on every order (5 points per £1 spent). You can also pick up extra points by leaving reviews or joining in special promotions.

Log in to your MyPure account and head to the Rewards section. Your points total and history will be shown there.

To spend points, head over to the Rewards section of your account page and scroll down to “Ways to redeem points.” Here you can convert your points into vouchers that can be redeemed at the MyPure checkout.

If you’re unable to reset your password or log in, it’s likely your account was never activated when you first signed up. Don’t worry — just contact our Customer Services team by live chat or email, and we’ll resend your account activation link.

Rest assured, all the points you’ve collected since we launched MyPure Rewards in October 2024 will be ready and waiting once your account is activated.

Yes! When you invite a friend to MyPure, you’ll receive a £10 voucher once they sign up and spend £30 or more. Your £10 voucher can then be redeemed on any order of £30+.

To invite a friend, just head over to the “Refer & Get Rewarded” section of your account page and share your unique referral link.

It’s important to leave reviews through your account page so we can match them to your order and add your reward points automatically. Just head to the “Ways to earn points” section and select either “Review a product purchased” or “Write a review of MyPure.” You can also use the review links in the emails we send after your purchase.
